Natural materials and contrast combinations of pastel shades and green tiles prevail in the interior design of Taste, filled with light and air. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow watching the day and night bustling city life: one may sit at the deep window sill to get even closer to it. In the restaurant hall there are both the large tables to arrange meetings with friends and a contact bar counter for those guests who like to watch the magic of signature cocktails making. For private parties or business negotiations the restaurant may provide particular halls.
Eugeny Meshcheryakov is in charge of the restaurant’s kitchen. He has a sound experience in the beloved profession and has participated in such projects as “Aist”, Bocconcino, Oli Oli. The chef combines the recognized classics and up-to-date trends in his recipes with ease. Taking care about perfect quality of dishes, he personally selected the approved vendors of cheese, fish, meat and meat delicacies for the restaurant.
The Mediterranean cuisine with distinct Italian stress makes the core of the menu. We recommend to start with vitello tonnato, bruschetta with parma ham or fresh seafood specialities – urchins or oysters accompanied by ice-cold sparkling wine. As a first course the chef recommends to taste Italian cacciucco soup with sea food or topinambour cream-soup with straciatella, hot dish – halibut with mashed potatoes and pizzaiola sauce, veal cheeks or generous portion of chicken with potato crisps, olives and tomatoes. In desserts menu there are both traditional classical recipes and signature sweets, for example, mille-feuille with fresh berries and carrot tartine in dark chocolate.
